Excellent care. We had a scare with our 'elderly' dog, and the attention and care provided by the doctor and tech was wonderful. Yes, we had a wait- but we were kept appraised of the situation...i expected to wait at a emergency vet clinic on Sat night... I highly recommend this place.

I've had 2 of my 3 dogs come to Fox Creek for various Urgent Care/ER type issues. They have been fantastic! The staff is kind & so understanding. Extremely knowledgeable. Very informative & up front with pricing. No complaints & will bring all our animals here for care.

Our Bailey, wonderful companion for our family for almost 9 years (and being almost 16 years old), had been feeling a little off for a couple of weeks and really sick for two days. We were referred to this Hospital with an emergency visit. Through time and testing, we found that she had kidney failure. We were given all options for short term and long term choices and, as a family, decided to do what was best for her. Everyone in the clinic was kind, compassionate and professional. They talked us through all options concerning our needs, her needs, and with an awareness of cost. They gave us all of the time that we needed to spend with her before the end and all of the time that we needed after she was gone. I hope to never be in that same position again, but healthy or otherwise, I will always take any of our pets to Fox Creek.

I recently recommended Fox Creek to my cousin who was having trouble finding boarding for her dogs, one of which is not spayed. Fox Creek understands the needs of breeders and pet owners. Boarding is very convenient and reassuring, having the vet office right there.

Denali was seen after getting attacked by a dog, and the staff was very friendly, caring and empathetic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen and answered all of my questions. They also made the visit as stress free as possible for Denali, and he was able to be seen within a timely manner!

Our small Terrier mix was attacked by a German Shepherd. The staff and doctor were exceptional! They explained everything they were going to do to help our baby during a two-hour surgery. She is recovering smoothly and is beginning to feel like her old self again. Thank you to everyone who tended to Fred and gave her lovins’ whether she wanted it or not! ❤️

Walked in the door as a new potential client and left impressed! Dr. Mercer and her assistant (I'll get her name next visit), knew more about nutrition, allergies, skin care, etc. than anyone I've ever encountered. Very relaxed care, but simultaneously very professional. Great job...

Everyone at Fox Creek was so kind and professional. We have a very skittish rescue dog. Our experience with other veterinarian practices has been less than ideal. Everyone at Fox Creek was gentle, compassionate, and patient. Highly recommend and we are glad to have found our new vet home.
